Soft Phulka Roti

You'll Need
🌾 2 cups VFM Chakki Atta 💧 ¾ cup warm water 🧂 ½ tsp salt 🧈 1 tsp ghee (optional)

Mix atta and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Cover and rest for 20 mins.

Divide into small equal balls. Roll each one into a thin, even circle on a lightly floured surface.

Cook on a hot tawa until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.

Hold over a direct flame for 3–4 seconds to puff fully. Apply ghee and serve immediately!
